About me

Hi I’m Liz
I have been a personal trainer since 2015. Most of that time was mobile training in clients homes/apartment gyms and outdoors and I am loving my transition to Snap and becoming a part of the Snap community.

About six years ago I went through my own body transformation and journey of discovery into the fitness world and have found that not only has my training brought me my body goals and increased fitness but my self esteem and happiness have improved so much. I want to be able to guide people through their own journeys toward a better them. If there’s any way I can assist you please don’t be shy to call or come in and speak to me. Before ‘Eve’ succumbed to temptation in the Garden of Eden, oblivious to the irony that her indulgence would become the mainstay of dieter’s forever more, the ‘stair-master’ and ‘fat-free gelato’ were but a twinkle in the creator’s eye. So too was ‘stress,’ a concept Eve’s nervous system was yet encounter.  Post-apple, nervous systems since time immemorial have toiled so greatly that for some, no combination of apples, stair-master or fat-free gelato can conquer the ‘stress effect’ on our waistline.
