About me

Sally got into health and fitness several years ago when she was struggling to get her weight under control. She was a typical yo-yo dieter and seemed unable to get off the merry go round. Sally searched for services to help her, however was unable to find somewhere to educate her and assist her in changing her habits and behaviours (vital to lasting change). It was due to this struggle that Sally started her education to become a Personal Trainer and Health Coach. Sally values equality, consistency, balance, community and freedom. These values are incorporated into all of Sally’s programs and services and ensures you will get personalised support to address your mind and body balance.
Sally will help you become clear on your goals, on any limiting beliefs or behaviours, and how to break through these to achieve lasting results. Sally’s business ZenBody Fit is based on Loving Your Life, Living Your Life and focuses on empowering clients to live their best life through health and fitness.
